Steps to reproduce

1. On testwiki wmf.21 click on Notifications badges
2. The drop-down list of notifications will be displayed, but the badges (<div class="vector-menu-content">) become obscured.

On wmf.20 wikis the drop down notification list doesn't affect the badges:

3. Reloading a page will make Echo badges visible again.
