Description

Requesting temporary lift of IP cap

The request is primarily to help with the edit rate limits; to increase 8 edits/minute for all newbies to 90 edits/minute for each participant. For account creation, some of us have the user right to create bulk accounts.

There was an email to security@ suggesting the IP was "blocked" for other reasons. See also T375524: Unblock 14.139.82.6 for WTS 2024 mini hackathon.

From that ticket, that seems to be primarily on enwiki...
