User story

As an organizer, I want to be able to specify the topic(s) of my event, so that it is easier for prospective and registered event participants to understand which topic(s) will be covered and therefore whether it makes sense for them to join.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given that an organizer is creating or editing event registration,
  • They should see a new field that allows them to specify the topics of the event,
    • Field name: "Event topics (optional)"
    • And they should be able to select a maximum of 5 topics for their event
