Something is wrong my Telugu button.

  1. Open ULS, open display settings
  2. Click Telugu, click cancel
  3. Open display settings again

Quick guess -Telugu font- Lohit Telugu has unusual line height. Changed the UI language to Telugu http://imm.io/N0fU shows larger line height
