The bullets at the very bottom of the page are the 'external links' and use inline templates. Notice that there is a redundant empty bullet with an inline slug. It seems to be due to the template right below it.

This doesn't happen to the other inline templates.

<James_F> Krenair: I think 58335 is related to another bug in CE or Parsoid but I can't see which one right now.

The template below it is a block template (which it probably shouldn't be) which requires a slug before it.
