VisualEditor Mobile:In iOS Safari, the toolbar for Mobile VE also scrolls down when you try to scroll down the page having a node selected

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with mobile VE
2.Do not place your cursor anywhere on CE but try to select a node
3.Scroll down the page

Observed Result:
The toolbar also gets repositioned down while scrolling down the page.

It might get resolved with :https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57177

Still I am filing it as a separate issue.

This is also happening for the context menu bar in Mobile VE.When you put your cursor for the first time on a node such as link, the context menu bar appears somewhere in the middle of the screen and then scrolls down as you scroll down the page.
However, it does not happen once you close the keyboard and try it for the second time on that session.

Interestingly, this bug only seems to occur in landscape mode on iPad.
