Environment- beta

1> click on Cite and pick any citation(book/web/news/journal).E.g- select cite -> book. Cite book dialog opens.
2> JS console error “Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function”.
3> Click to Add more information and error in console is “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'on' of undefined”. See screenshot.
4> Clicking on cancel or insert does not close the dialog.
