Description

The Parsoid service on the beta cluster fails from time to time. Would be great to have checks for:

Parsoid Varnish cache , not sure which URL to fetch, maybe http://parsoid/_version
Parsoid service itself hit http://127.0.0.1:8000/_version

Replicates the same check we have in prod, which just checks if port 8000 is responding..
