Create a special page to track data usage

Description

Per [1] we should have a special page to track usage of statements on Wikipedia and other clients. This special page can either be on each client or centrally on the repository.

We definitely need something for visibly tracking usage of Wikidata's data. I'd like us to think a bit more about the user stories here before starting implementation.

  • Who would be using it?
  • What would they like to achieve exactly?

Based on that we need to think about if it should be a special page or something else and where it should live.

I am going to close this for now as I want us to first do the research task and figure out how we really want to do this before jumping to conclusions.
