I also did https://github.com/magnusmanske/listeria_rs/issues/121 but I wasn't sure if it was the best way for an urgent issue.

Update: CropTool is working now, but Wikishootme isn't.

In my experience, this happens because of an edit conflict between gadgets, usually image-annotator, hot-cat and structured data. Whenever I use two of them in a row without refreshing the page I get an edit conflict like this one. My workaround is to refresh (F5) between gadgets.

Removing authentication would also solve issues like https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T332289
Same issue for days. Some details in case it may help:
- I get this problem in a device at a given moment but a few hours later it works fine.
- When I can enter commons-query with one device, I can continue using it for hours.
- Lately, I'm using commons-query a lot, so when I have this problem I'm likely to have used commons-query a few hours early or the previous day.

Thank you. Then the problem is just that Wikidata statistics (or dupm files) should be better documented. It's not just Wikidata main page: neither https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Statistics gives any clue about how many pages are in Wikidata main namespace.

I'm afraid there may still be some millions of duplicates in Wikidata json dump.

The "you have a new message" notification has been always there for at least one decade, it has been useful and we would miss it. Furthermore, I get about a dozen notifications a day and I would easily miss messages in my talk page.

I see the same as QuimGil. I've tried disenabling all my Beta features and it keeps not working.

I disagree about "patrolling one edit marks all the previous edits patrolled as well". Sometimes previous editions need patrolling while last one doesn't - sometimes due to bad faith, sometimes due to lack of skill for certain actions.

Defaulting to Wikidata images would completely change Hovercards from an excerpt of articles to a summary of Wikidata - which might be an interesting gadged but a different one (al least different in context).
Among all the parenthesised content in first sentence of articles, it's important not to exclude date and place of birth and death, since they give a lot of context - usually as much as the whole first sentence. Excluding pronunciation and etymology to leave space for first sentences is OK.

I can't find it in the list in dewiki. I think this link isn't actually a gadget, since it appeared in all Wikipedias some time after Wikidata interwikis were deployed.

Now, WIWOSM is working again (in cawiki). The other two problems still remain.

And [[T86932]] seems to be unrelated to these issues, although I don't know how OSM-related services are organized in MediaWiki and the labs, nor if all them rely in a common broken resource that might be causing all these problems.
I think the problem is unrelated to manteinance issues because links from categories stopped working at least weeks ago and maps in articles have at least some days ago.

I've been studying tutorials about installing Git and using Gerrit, but I see it as a stupidly big task just to submit a few data. Furthermore, author attribution and license don't mater because no creativity is involved - I've just collected some data - and therefore my code is not copyrightable. Just in case it were, I release it into the public domain.
