I certainly have felt like the bot's absence has had a negative effect on Wiki. One example is, during my NPP work, I patrol redirects. Every day this last week or two I'm finding at least 5-10 unreviewed redirects as the result of caste / clan related articles being redirected by IPs which have often ended up blocked as proxies by the time I find the redirect. I bet I'm missing quite a few as well with other editors marking those redirects as reviewed, whereas I'm reverting the BLARs which typically have very misleading edit summaries. Definitely some edits in contentious areas taking place that might not have otherwise.

Noting that I've been experiencing this issue for a long time, and it's quite frustrating. Landscape setting isn't a part of it for me, but I was able to reproduce it doing roughly what Novem describes. It's frustrating because the steps that Novem describes are often involved in writing a longer message (cut and paste, copy editing), which have led me to lose a longer message more times than I can count. Alternatively, I'll hit reply and half the message just ends up missing.

Note that this has been resolved on-wiki. It was an issue with the {{WikiProject Lists}} template not having opted into inheriting permissions from the {{Wikiproject banner shell}}. There has since been a fix coded to inherit the permission when it matches one on the WikiProject's assessment scale, even if said WikiProject has not opted in.

In T352772#9383786, @MusikAnimal wrote:@Hey_man_im_josh Checking Special:PageAssessments on the wiki, I see the examples you give don't have a "Class" value for WikiProject Lists:
When I examine the wikitext of the talk page, I see:
{{WikiProject banner shell |class=FL|1= {{WikiProject Lists|importance=Low}} {{WikiProject National Football League |importance=mid}} {{WikiProject American football |importance=Mid}} }}So it would seem there is a coding error either in Template:WikiProject banner shell or in Template:WikiProject Lists where the assessment isn't getting store for WikiProject Lists. I would suggest contacting authors of those templates and making sure the correct value gets passed to {{#assessment}} parser function.
However, XTools is supposed to show the first non-"Unknown" assessment, so there's still a bug here. Roughly related to T247792.

The misalignment between the icon and the page link bother me, as does the misalignment between the predirected class and potential issues. I personally feel like there's a lot of wasted space with the additional line added between the page preview and the predicted class.

Issue seems to have been resolved. Unclear to me how, but MPGuy2824 noted that they could not reproduce the problem and as of this morning neither can I.
