Hi @RhinosF1, I and community don't want to disable non-autoconfirmed page creation. This discusssion isn't proposal about disable unregistered users's mainspace creating. We would like to change setting in draft and/or draft talk namespace.

Thank you for reviewing the commit. However, removing upload, and reupload from confirmed isn't necessary, since confirmed is always autoconfigured to be the exact copy of autoconfirmed, regardless what's configured directly for confirmed. In another words, it's not technically possible to have confirmed with other permissions than autoconfirmed has. Any configuration for confirmed simply doesn't have any effect.

I don't find related-string in JSON. I wonder if why a storage location in enwiki is a "Book namespace" but other wikipedia is a "Wikipedia:Books/" (default?). I upload a "Special:Book" screenshot from "Save and share your book" section to compare enwiki and thwiki.
