Currently,
IMHO the link to Wikidata item should be one of the interproject links and the section of interproject links should be placed just before the "languages" section, not to be drowned among general tools.

As I understand it, this is a duplicate of T66315: Move "Data item" link outside of sidebar toolbox. The location of that "Other Projects" section is probably something that needs to be tackled for every skin separately.
