Florian has been one of the 20 most active +2'ers in the last 30 days; he's best known for his contribution to MobileFrontend, but he also does constant code review in core and dozens other mediawiki/* repositories.
As he's well known to be cautious in reviewing what he's able to etc., I think there can only be benefits in giving him +2 over all mediawiki/* repositories.
-1. Not yet. I appreciate Florian a lot, and his contributions are many, but they are mostly small, and I'd like to see more contributions that show a capacity for substantial software design work first.
Not a veto. I fully expect to see Florian get +2, I just think we ought to wait a bit longer.
