If there is the number of history entries does not exceed certain amount, e.g. if there are only two history entries, or there are less than 500, then

for two history items the pagination menu won't be displayed
for <500 entires, when a use clicks on the option '500' in the pagination menu- the menu disappears. Filed as a separate bug T108619
