To run the Android Emulator Jenkins plugin, we need support for it in JJB.
There is an upstream patch at https://review.openstack.org/#/c/146990/ that needs testing and merging. Once done, we can bump our integration/jenkins-job-builder snapshot repo.

Gotta compare the generated XML.
XML is legit, managed to generate the manually created job and thus I approved the patch upstream and it landed in upstream repo.
Will now bump our JJB mirror and verify there is no regressions in our jobs.
