Apart from no (which should be nb) these are language codes, and need a mapping for Wikipedia project codes.

@leila What is article-recommender-1 campaign and what does "allowing" mean in this context? Santhosh told us that the article recommendation tool now has all language pairs.

@Nikerabbit article-recommender-1 campaign was a campaign Kartik created (T109245) for us (Research) to be able to track certain metrics in our experiments with the article recommendation tool. We are planning to do more experiments and collect more data via http://recommend.wmflabs.org/ and we need to make sure that campaign records data for our experiments.

Regarding the language pairs, you are right. I updated the task description.
