Ensure report highlights results relative to Q3 goals:
TPG should receive minimum 4 out of 5 (Likert scale) on current top-level KPIs. Add comments or further analysis if the final score is lower.

This is tagged Milestone, but not listed on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Team_Practices_Group/Goals/FY2016Q3. Should this be listed there as an Essential Functions milestone under "Measure TPG Value"?
Correction: It is marked on the Q3 goals page, but under a different name: "Maintain minimum 4 out of 5 (Likert scale) on current top-level KPIs". Is that the same thing? If not, do we need to do anything about the change to reduce the mismatch when reporting quarterly goal results in April?
On April 1, 2016 @DStrine and I paired to calculate scores and process open-ended questions.

@ggellerman : We weren't sure whether or not sharing/publishing the results is part of this task, and if so, whether that has been completed. So we left it in the "done" column for now, and can resolve later when we have certainty.
I have sent data to @ggellerman and @KLans_WMF for the QR deck. I would have counted that as "done" for this task. If the QR deck needs more info I can keep working on this.
