Users trying to publish their translation get confused when they get Abuse Filter errors.
It would be great to have a page that briefly explains what is going on in the context of Content Translation.
The page can also link to the more detailed/verbose pages for those interested in further details:

I fixed some links. @santhosh, if you have a screenshot at hand showing a warning message on CX that would be a helpful addition to the page.
Great. I added a description for the case in the screenshot. I think that a specific example will illustrate how to proceed for users.
