Description

Hungarian Wikipedia uses FlaggedRevs instead of the core patrolling feature and has

$wgUseRCPatrol = false;
$wgUseNPPatrol = false;
$wgFlaggedRevsPatrolNamespaces = array();

but since a few weeks ago the core patrolling links (action=markpatrolled) still show up on unreviewed pages.

Regardless of T125288, you might want to file a config request to set $wgUseFilePatrol = false; too, otherwise patrol links will continue showing up (correctly this time) on files, if the wiki has any uploaded.
