https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Tools is supposed to give a good overview of the tools people build around Wikidata. It currently does not serve this purpose very well. Improve it and take https://tools.wmflabs.org/hay/directory/#/search/wikidata into account.
Obvious problems:
- not easy to get an overview
- outdated tools
- missing tools
- different listings for the same purpose
- not easy to see which ones are really high-value
