Quite unspecific request. I suppose you mean the MWOauth extension, too bad the documentation mixes Wikimedia-specific information: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:OAuth
If I understand correctly, for now you only want translatewiki.net to act as identity provider, not to authorise third party applications to do something on the user's behalf on the wiki. Right?
