search bar header stye breaks when you focus on it

search bar change seems half-implemented (not showing before focus), see top of 2nd screenshot where search is not shaded. padding around textbox and magnifying glass missing.

@Nirzar which browser are you seeing this. Can you confirm if you see this in a fresh incognito window? I cannot replicate which makes me suspect this is a problem with cached resources.

@Jdlrobson I guess it was a caching issue. i'm still seeing this on my browser but if i open an incognito window it doesn't show or even on desktop browser. i'm sure if i clear my cache it will go away.

Please reopen if we have better replication steps.
