As part of T167384, users are able to navigate from the general panel of filters to a specific panel for advanced filters, and back.
Although going back and forth works fine for the case of "Namespaces", when returning from the "tagged edits" panel, the user is lead to the filters panel without the "Filters" title:
The Filters panel should have the "Filters" title regardless of the panel users return from.

Checked the fix in betalabs. Clicking on the Back arrow (displayed for 'Namespaces' and 'Tagged' edits filters) will display 'Filters' title.
