- Create post event feedback form to get feedback from participants about the event. The form can be found here.
- Subscribe all participants (via mass subscribe) onto the Wikimedia-CM mailing list and the Africa-Wikimedia-Developers mailing list.
- Write the grant report about the event and submit for review.
- Email the grant committee about the grant report and submit documented expenses.
- Grant report reviewed and accepted and here is a link to the grant report.
- Keep in touch with participants / developers of the event for at least 3 times a week for updates (for a period of 1 month - July) in order to clear all doubts, questions etc.
