When we roll out the New Filters on Watchlist, on the beta preferences page we need to update the language of the beta description , to reflect the fact that Watchlist now has the New filters.

All we need to do is to add "and Watchlist", as illustrated below (added words are underlined for emphasis here only--don't use UL on the real page).
