Missing target title in the new page selector cause articles published with source titles

Description

The new source selector does not allow setting target title and users are not updating the default title(source title) in editor either and end up publishing articles with English titles.

Here is the proof 1, 2

We may need to think about detecting this cases and prompting users to change the target title when it is same as source title?

I think we can close the current ticket. The tickets below already capture initiatives to improve the problem described (in general, and when scripts are different):

We are considering both tickets for upcoming sprints, although not as the most immediate priority for now.
