Description

We need to define a list of features being used in our current tools that would be sorely missed in Phabricator. Some might be blockers for the migration of certain teams, some might be trade-offs that teams are willing to take, but not forget, hoping that they are implemented here some day.

We need to know this in order to know more about the potential resources required, and the timeline of the migration.
