Currently there is no way to access the Talk page as a logged-out user on mobile web.
no link at bottom of page |
A user has then suggested to add the link to talk page in the same way as the History like is designed:

Just want to note that we will be providing a fix for this along with a larger set of changes in the upcoming project around advanced contributions from the mobile site (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Reading/Web/Advanced_mobile_contributions#Overview_of_new_functionality, T198313: [GOAL] Advanced mobile contributions). Here is a sample of a current mockup for the expanded navigation (with the talk page link available in the same place as in desktop) - we will be posting on the project page once we have a working prototype for feedback:
Thanks for raising this. I'm moving this to blocked as a temporary holding place for it until we've made progress with T198313. Once we've made the planned updates to the location of the talk page button we can reconsider this proposal.
I'd also like to note that we're currently collecting feedback on a prototype for the proposed new navigation for the project mentioned above. It presents the link for the talk page next to the link for the article (similar to its location on desktop/the vector skin). We have a form with questions on the page, but any feedback is appreciated.
@alexhollender can this be resolved now with AMC or is now this task about making talk at the top the default experience?
@Trizek-WMF was your thinking here about increasing accessibility for logged-in users? All users (keeping in mind that the majority of people are logged-out)?
Everyone. We are supposed to give equal access to everything to everyone. And some users seem to think the same.
I've re-scoped this task to logged-out users since logged-in is now taken care of via T232594.
