Special:NewLexeme - improve placeholder text for Lexeme language and lexical category field

Description

Problem:
The placeholder texts for Lexeme language and lexical category on Special:NewLexeme are confusing for people because they don't necessarily know what an item ID is and they should not need to worry about it anyway since the suggester handles it for them.

GIVEN I am on Special:NewLexeme
AND the fields for "Language of Lexeme" and "Lexical category" have not been filled out
THEN the placehoder texts should read "Enter language, e.g. English" and "Enter lexical category, e.g. noun" respectively
