Also it would be cool to notify mailing list, but I've tried to write a message to the list once already and haven't been successful unfortunately.

I removed myself from the description as I honestly don't feel up to it. But my +1 for all the others mentioned.

I think this is not enough as I can now edit the source, close pull requests, but can not find any possibility to fix the parent tasks. But hopefully you could help with solving them.

I could solve T186209, but for T183860 there is probably only one way (per T104306): ask @jayvdb directly for AppVeyor credentials.
