This task is similar to T191361

The main problem is T182832

Note this slowness will not be experienced by everyone so it's hard for someone to tell if it is truly slow.

Restarting apache usually fixes the problem for a while.

T191361: Phabricator is loading really slowly

UBN as it is very slow accessing phabricator. To the point i have to wait a few secs each time i press a link.

I'm seeing slowdowns in autocomplete menus and previews, instead of being instantaneous like normal, it's taking 3-5 seconds to get a response.

For me it is working fine, but if it is not for others indeed this is worth investigating.

Can't reproduce this. https://grafana.wikimedia.org/dashboard/db/phabricator?orgId=1&from=1536592054293&to=1537196854293 is pointing out that apache was restarted today so this is probably why. If this is indeed T182832, we should probably merged into it.
