Description

As an editor I want to create a new schema in order to start defining how a certain part of the data should look like.

BDD
GIVEN I am on the list of all SpecialPages
THEN there is an entry titled "Create a new Schema" in the Wikibase section
AND it leads to an empty SpecialPage
AND it is named Special:NewSchema

Acceptance criteria:

  • special page Special:NewSchema exists
  • Special:NewSchema is linked on Special:SpecialPages

So this is just about registering a dummy special page (which is not yet able to actually create a schema)?!

Where in Special:AllPages should it go?

i.e under which heading? Wikibase?

Perhaps also think about the Wikibase Quality Heading

I think the Wikibase Quality section can be removed and moved to the Wikibase section as well.
