Motivation
ReferencePreviews was the top wish of the 2017 technical wishes survey, and development has arrived at a stage that the extension is ready to be used. The extension has been live on beta and test for a while, therefore, it's time to deploy the beta feature on de-wiki! And since there's already a community request from Arabic Wikipedia, lets do both (T218790)!

Target date
April 4 2019

Acceptance Criteria

  • Prepare the patch that enables ReferencePreviews as a beta feature on de- and ar-wiki
  • Reserve a SWAT slot on April 4th

Notes
This sprint ends on April 3rd, so the actual deployment cannot yet be part of the task
