Acceptance Criteria

If a user has file deletion rights on the source wiki, provide a button to delete right away on the success screen (see mock)
If the user clicks that button, make an edit on the source wiki deleting the moved file.
The edit should happen in the name of the user, with the edit summary This file is now on Commons (moved with FileImporter)
