Please add the language code sa-Sidd and pi-Sidd to the list of language codes supported for monolingual text values.

The language code: sa, pi
Language name in the language itself or English: Sanskrit, Pali
The used script: Siddham

@StevenJ81 what are your thoughts on this request?

@jhsoby @Lydia_Pintscher Do we need separate entries for Siddham script or should they just use the codes sa and pi ?

I'm not familiar enough with them to say what's the right way to treat them unfortunately and would defer to @jhsoby.

I think it makes sense, but would like to hear what @Amire80 says as well. :-)
