Add Chukchi language (ckt) to monolingual codes

Description

Please add Chukchi language (ckt) to monolingual codes.

I already added it to language-data.

It is needed, for example, for writing the native names of Chukchi people, for example:

As well as many others.

The alphabet is a variant of Cyrillic, and the native name is "ԓыгъоравэтԓьэн".
