First seen at huwiki by @Tacsipacsi, who reported it at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Vh1r8tc7ulwj30zh I have reproduced this. My watchlist prefs settings at huwiki do not automatically add all edited pages to my watchlist.

My watchlist prefs settings at huwiki do not automatically add all edited pages to my watchlist.
Mines neither, but even with preferences changed (i.e. “Add pages and files I edit to my watchlist” turned on) the page gets out from my watchlist.

It should actually already be deployed since last Thursday, actually.
@Tacsipacsi To find out, you can look for a tag like MW-1.35-notes (1.35.0-wmf.22; 2020-03-03) on a task (or look in the "Included in" tab on Gerrit if there are multiple patches), and compare to https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Version, which currently also has "1.35.0-wmf.22".
