Per https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SWAP#Access_and_infrastructure which leads to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics/Data_access#LDAP_access

It looks like you already have analytics-privatedata-users per the parent task, you now need to be added to either wmf or nda ldap group as well.

You will also have to create a ticket for Kerberos identity similar to T251257: Create a Kerberos identity for zpapierski

RLazarus triaged this task as Medium priority.
RLazarus added subscribers: KFrancis, Nuria, RLazarus.

I see @Nuria's authorization on the parent task, so going ahead with this.

@KFrancis Hi, can you get Rodolfo set up with an NDA (or confirm one already on file) and then assign back to me? Thank you!

@RLazarus Rodolfo doesn't have an NDA on file. To begin the process, I'll need his:

-Full legal name
-Mailing address
-Email address
-Specifics about the type of sensitive data they will be accessing

Once I have this information, I will get this going. Thanks!

@KFrancis , @Rvvalentim is research intern - hired through upwork - in the same situation than the one described on this task: T252129. Can you please confirm that we require an additional NDA?

@diego Thank you for the clarification. As @Rvvalentim was hired as an intern through Upwork, their NDA would be covered by the fully executed intern agreement.

Great! Thanks @KFrancis. @RLazarus do we need any further information/documentation?

RLazarus claimed this task.

Thanks Katie!

@diego @Rvvalentim Rodolfo is now a member of the wmf LDAP group -- access will expire on August 3rd. Feel free to reopen if you need anything else.

rzl@mwmaint1002:~$ ldapsearch -x cn=wmf | grep rodolfovalentim
member: uid=rodolfovalentim,ou=people,dc=wikimedia,dc=org

Thanks, @RLazarus!

Where do I find the password?

This uses your LDAP password -- the same one you use to log into Wikitech. The username should be either your Wikitech username (Rodolfo Valentim) or your uid/"shell username" (rodolfovalentim) -- the login prompt should tell you which.

After chatting with @colewhite (thanks!) I've moved Rodolfo from the wmf group over to the nda group, which should still provide all the access necessary here. Let me know if you have any trouble.
