Add Wikidata support to arywiki

Description

Problem:
The new Wikipedia for ary has been created. It needs to be added to Wikidata so people can add sitelinks to that Wikipedia.

Acceptance criteria:

  • sitelinks to arywiki can be added to Items on Wikidata
