The similar issue was resolved for GrowthExperiments Guidance panel - T274379: Numbers on the help panel in bn wiki are Arabic numerals instead of Bengali numerals

1. On Special:MediaSearch perform a search that returns some results in Categories and Pages and Other filters, e.g. Art.
2. Change the UI language to Farsi or Bangla - the languages that do not use Arabic numerals. The page size information will be using Arabic numbers:

Bangla	Farsi

Notes:

• the page size information seems the only place that displays Arabic numerals. The result count, the word count, and the members/subcategories/files - all display the correct script.
• when the page loads is seems that the numbers are displayed in correct script, but then get replaced with Arabic.

• the same issue is present on Other filter page

Acceptance Criteria:

• All numbers in MediaSearch are translated properly
