Process

  • Gather asks from Product Analytics - @mpopov
  • Refine list to a starter data catalog/list of fields - @jlinehan to make Google sheet and share for comments

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Answer: What fields should be defined as standard fields in the metrics platform for v1?
  • Answer: How should those fields be structured and named?
  • Document containing decisions (signoff from Product Analytics team); include known tradeoffs & considerations

Where possible, it'd be nice to stick with the existing mediawiki event conventions. See also https://schema.wikimedia.org/#!//primary/jsonschema/fragment/mediawiki. I'll also comment in google doc. :)
