[Metrics Platform] Catalog/dictionary of available standard fields

Description

As the initial set of fields get finalized for Metrics Platform initial release (T275420), we will need a resource we can consult when composing streams (cf. Metrics Platform Stream Configuration Syntax) and instrumentation plans.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Page/document where we can see all fields available within Metrics Platform
  • Documentation for each field that
    • Describes the technical details in an understandable way
    • Lists any known caveats/gotchas
    • Which platforms the field is available on (iOS, KaiOS, Android, MW PHP, MW JS)

Oh, the 'discovery-stats' Cloud VPS project (that that instance was under) got deleted. Looks like I need to re-do it in client-side JS because server-side PHP is no longer an option. Putting this back in next 2 weeks for now.
