I was successfully able to run the tally.php script. It output:
Script finished in 1 s
Results will be to the nearest second, which I guess is all we need.
For some reason, I could only get this to work on my local docker. Vagrant and beta both returned Unable to parse XML file "<name>.xml". I guess unrelated.
