Description

In order to be consistent with the rejection reasons for "add an image" (T290046), we want to change the rejection reasons in "add a link" to being checkboxes instead of radio buttons, so that users can select multiple.

We should also make whatever changes are necessary to store this changed data in EventLogging.

This is the current state that we want to turn into checkboxes:
