Fix link to Growth/Communities/How to introduce yourself

Description

Currently help menu in mentor dashboard links to redirect to special page. These redirects won't work.
It confuses users because they do not see anything. Please change link target in the code to link directly.

This is some combination of T164357: Let Special:MyLanguage be used as a redirect target and T196861: Using Special:MyLanguage to access a page that includes a #redirect only shows a blank page.

There is no reason to link to a redirect though so we should just fix that.
