Description

What happens?:
The graph does not load. No replacement content is shown. Its like it vanished

What should have happened instead?:
The graph should either load or replacement content should show explaining that there is a non-loadable graph.

@vadim-kovalenko investigated this, it doesn't appear that the apps are running any javascript for the page. In that sense, this is probably similar to T98698: PDF rendering does not include graph image, as the Graph extension does not support Graphoid anymore in that without JavaScript there is nothing to draw on the <canvas> element we are outputting. (Possibly T127268: Dismantle ResourceLoader's "targets" system is related?)

This is still a valid bug and will need testing to make sure the new Graph service supports the app.
