For reasons discussed in this ticket, Wikidata entity URIs actually use HTTP whereas we ubiquitously use HTTPS in our responses. For this to be a true identifier, we need to change our use of HTTPS in these URIs to HTTP.

This requires changing this in two locations:

1. In the payload of the Enterprise APIs. @Protsack.stephan, can you triage this in the next sprint?
2. On marketing materials, ie the website, documentation, etc. I will talk with Chuck + the designers to see where we are here and time out the updates.
