Description

Background
In our research for the WMDE-GeoInfo-FocusArea, error messages related to Kartographer maps were identified as confusing and often unhelpful in finding solutions to the problems.

NOTE: This is the epic for any error messages we work to improve as part of this project. Scope tbd.
