Background
As we reconsider onboarding users, an area to explore is multilingual support considering our target audiences are based in countries where multilingualism is prevalent.

Presently we suggest languages based on device language. This task is to explore suggesting languages based on geographic location.

As an avid reader of French and Arabic Wikipedia in Morocco, I want to know that Moroccan Arabic Wikipedia exists, so that I can help grow content where I see gaps on smaller language wikis.
